A strong result starts in planning. We define goal audience and usage so the concept supports the offer. I develop visual direction for approval then we plan styling location lighting props and any talent. I direct the shoot you review a curated selection and I finalize high end retouching. This is how it works when you hire us for a photography assignment.

Contact and needs

You outline your needs, and I ask about the project's goals, target audience, and budget. Together, we create a framework for the upcoming project.

Proposal and quote

You will receive a detailed proposal outlining the timeline and pricing tailored to your specific requirements, ensuring transparency and eliminating any unforeseen costs.

Pre production

I handle logistics, including location selection, model coordination, prop arrangement, and styling. If you have an agency or Art Director, I can align with their directives.

Photography

You have the option to participate in the session or not. The duration of a photoshoot typically ranges from 2 to 8 hours, contingent upon the project's scope.

Image retouching

I ensure each image is retouched to meet high standards of quality and creativity. After initial edits, I present them for your approval, making final adjustments to align with your vision.
6

Delivery

The final deliverables are provided in accordance with the agreed terms and intended applications.

FAQ

Here you can find the answers to the most common questions I get. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have other questions.
How much advance notice is needed?

Simple portraits: 1 week. Creative portraits: 1-2 weeks. Campaign imagery with concept and models: 4 to 6 weeks. Flexible depending on the project.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, number of images, and production level. Contact me directly for a quote. I follow recommended prices from the Swedish photographer association.you can read more about pricing and licensing on their website.

Do you work with consumers?

Unfortunately I only work with businesses, organisations and personal brands.

What affects the price?

Number of images, planning, models, props, styling, location, image complexity, and retouching. We usually adapt to your budget.

What happens if we need to change the date?

It can usually be solved. If costs have already been incurred by me or subcontractors, those need to be covered, but we always find a solution.

How do usage rights work?

I generally offer free exclusive usage rights. If you want to lower the price, we can limit usage to specific channels, for example web only or Sweden only.

Can you help with ideas and concept?

Yes. I often work with agencies, but I can also develop the concept myself or bring in the right partners when needed.

Will this fit into our busy schedule?

That is my job. I manage the process, handle logistics, and keep the timeline. You only need to approve and answer a few questions.

How does payment work?

I invoice with 15 days net after final delivery. For some larger projects, a percentage is invoiced in advance to cover supplier costs.

What if we are not satisfied with the result?

During the shoot you can see the images live through tethered shooting, so we know we are on the right track. During selection we review together, or you receive a link with the selection. Minor adjustments are always included. Larger changes are discussed case by case.

How do you ensure the images match our style and brand?

Depending on the scope of the assignment and the type of photography you need, we sometimes start with creating a mood board, reference images, so that we can sync the images with your visual identity. You approve concept and style before the shoot. During the session you see the images live or receive a quick preview.

Do you only work with large companies?

No. I work with everything from small companies and startups to listed corporations. Budget matters less than the ambition to create images that make a real difference. Production is adapted to your conditions.

What equipment do you work with?

I use the latest technology to achieve optimal image quality, including a Hasselblad X1D medium format camera with 100 megapixels.

Do you work outside of Sweden?

Yes. I take assignments internationally. Contact me for details.

Can we make changes to the images in post production?

Yes. Two revision rounds are included. Larger changes outside the original agreement may incur additional costs.
